Wellesley
Wellesley has a strong reputation for being one of the most sought after “W” towns in the Boston suburban area. As an affluent town, Wellesley is well known for having a high concentration of residents with advanced degrees in the country. As a result it has one of the highest median incomes for households located in Massachusetts.
Situated just outside of Boston, Wellesley has an excellent location. Easily accessed from Routes, 9, 16, 90 and 128 it is a great place to live for those commuting into the city. The downtown area is unlike any other with its quaint offering of several retail shops and dining establishments where you don’t have to travel far for necessary quality amenities.
Countless beautiful and larger homes line the streets and quieter neighborhoods throughout the town. Wellesley is also home to some higher educational institutions including Babson College, Wellesley College and Massachusetts Bay Community College.
